I have B.Com. , GNIIT and PGDBM from Pune University. I have 3.5 yrs experience working in a bank. Now that I have moved to S'pore I am finding it difficult to get a job here. I hv no prior training or experience in SAP, but am interested in doing a course in it. Will that help me in getting employment, and where in Mumbai or Singapore can I do this course. Which module is best suited for me? How expensive approx. will this be either in India or Singapore? Do I need to hv a degree in engg. and experience to get a job related to SAP? What is the scope?

i got my birthmark removed about 2 years ago and its still sorta there but not really and i dont want to go in and get cosmetic surgery. i was just wondering if there was anyway to get rid of it without having surgerys...or at least make it fade a little.
im really self conciouse about it and i want it gone.

I ask all of you, why are we so inactive? Why do we do so little when it comes to major, important issues? We are too busy with our personal lives and goals that we ignore that those acheivements may not exist in the next decade or two. With Globabl Warming, Terrorism, and the increase of poverty and deaseses such as AIDS, HIV, Cancer, it feels like society still finds other things in the world to distract themselves with. We are ignoring real-world, civilized life threatening issues like a high school kid ignores his term paper due at the end of the month. So what are we doing? When will society grow up and be responcible?

My Prom is coming up and 2 guys have asked me.

The first guy is like the Vice President to the Stident Council. Very smart, funny, confident. Always cracking jokes and I know I like him I just don't know how much. We're in the same class so we see a lot of each other.

This other guy is from another class. He tells me he has been crushing on me since 4 years ago. I went out with him once but I found him boring. But I can sense the genuine feelings he has for me.

So, I'm torn between the two. I don't want to hurt either ones feelings so what should I do?

then we came back to my place and we were laying together watching TV and he started rubbing my chest and I kept moving cuz I was trying to be good. Well, I got up and I just couldn't stand it so I started massaging him and well I unbuttoned certains buttons and went to town. He told me he was going to leave before and didn't expect what I did, was I too forward? I couldn't stand it.

i was just wondering if an egg thats thrown into a swimming pool from 8 storeys up will crack when it enters the water. i know there is the question of surface tension but if there was someone swimming in the pool at that time wouldn't the surface tension of the water in the pool be broken? so would the egg crack?

Surely you realize that they are aggravating the crap out of people around them. Make them be still and be quiet in church, in the theater, in a restaurant, at the grocery store, and anywhere else that they are supposed to behave, or please leave them at home!

need expertise. ok i only see her a couple times a month but i kno her phone. cuz i am friends with her bro and i looked him up in the church directory. we barely talk. but we did talk once for 15 minutes straight about whats going on at my church and stuff. back to the point i kno i need to be friends with her first but i get all dry-mouthed and can't find a single word to say. also she is one year younger than me and im 13. i can't date till im 13 and i can't go anywhere that might be considered a date.(pretty much my parents are overprotective and i can't go anywhere with a girl who is not of my family) their is this thing every friday night that has basketball a movie pizza soda and ice cream it is about 5 minutes from me. plz i need help and im sry this was a little long. so how should i tell her i like her and when and what should i say

I recently have been extremely light headed and dizzy. I have even ended up on the floor a few times. I have seen a cardiologist, neurologist, had a brain MRI, and labs drawn. Nothing has shown any problems, but this keeps happening. I ended up on the floor 2 times friday night with in minutes of each other. I dont know what else to do. My mom suggests a blood pressure or sugar problem.... any ideas? I am going to see my doctor in the morning about this.
