i am trying to burn movies to disk and in the avi format they are too big using nero and my dvd burner so i either need to convert them to bin and cue files or manually adjust the encoding quality or something like that to make the file fit on dvd disks, or just any way to successfully burn .avi movies to disks that will play in a dvd player is there a program for such a thing?

These stuffed animals werent just puffins/penguins. but they had them in every kind of animal you can think of, bears, monkey, turtles, dogs, cats..etc..and they had legs but no arms. I understand prison is not completely easy. You have to watch over your shoulder constantly, but 99.9% of them deserve to be in there. You do the crime you do the time. I know some prisoners are allowed to read newspapers, watch tv, socialize, play sports and get three meals a day. To me this seems a bit easy considering some guys are in there for triple murder, rape, and various other charges. They have it better than the homeless in my opinion. What do you guys think?

I know "binging" is bad for you. I claim that I'm a health freak, which in turn causes me to occasionally come to a point of nutritional insanity in which I compleatly binge late at night, mainly on ridiculous amounts of fruit loops and peanut butter sandwhiches. So here's my request...could someone please lay out for me, the negative effects on binge eating, and what it does to your body(in terms of sugar levels, blood pressure, anything like that). Please please be as graphic as possible. I find I keep myself healthy by seeing things like icing as diabetes, and french fries as a heart attack. Please help scare me away frm binge eating with some graphic explaination of what eating a lot, quickly does to the body. Thanks a heap!

I am 27 years old. I came about as the result of an affair my Mom had when my parents were having a rough time (they divorced 2 years later).

My dad has always known, yet he accepted me anyway w/o hesitation.

We have completely different personalities and physical features, so I've known all my life, but I was told at age 13.

My biological father's family, specifically his mother and brother, were in the picture when I was a child, but we stopped speaking around the time I found out.

I have no one I can talk to about this. My mother's family is non-existent (plus we're on bad terms now), and my father's family is so different, I can't relate to them, even though we get along well.

I have a very strong sense of loyalty to my dad, and I feel that connecting with my "hidden family" is a betrayal. Yet, I have a feeling that I'll learn more about who I am and finally find people like me if I do talk to them.

Can I connect to them without betraying my Dad? Should I?

toileting, etc?
I work w/ some nurses that seem to think they are "above" these tasks. I think this is SO wrong. The first think a nurse is taught in school is to perform patient care. The cna's are there to HELP, not do the tasks that RN's do not feel like doing.
What do you think?

Did everyone hear what Nancy Pelosi thinks her job is? She kept explaining how POWER was supposed to be wielded. Power by Democrats, power by liberals, power by women. I was under the impression that our elected officials were public SERVANTS. Even as a child she learned from her politician father, how to build up "favors". It is scarry what she thinks her job is.
