I have been sleep late and waking up early. I feel really tired but no matter what I do I just can't go to bed early. This has been going on for little more over than a year. Can someone please tell me what kind of effects (minor and fatal) for being so sleep deprived.

Oh yes I am now up from 5am, so can relate to this, I go to bed at reasonable time, come 4am I am awake, then lie away until, I an now up, yes no concentration, low mood, dry skin and totally not able to function properly, going on for weeks now, yes on sleeping tablet as yet not helpful. See your doctor, hope this helps

symptoms are
exhaustion
poor memory
anxiety
lack of concentration
poor judgment
etc
What is recommended is have a bedtime routien.
go to bed at the same time everynight. get up the same time everynight
Take a hot back.
Take a long walk during the day
Don't focus on your lack of sleep, rather just assume you will be sleeping.

if you have things you are worried about, write the down on a piece of paper and tell yourself you will think about them tomorrow.

Take some very slow deep breaths and let them out very slow...to this about four times.

focux on relaxing your body and mind.

Make sure that you see your doctor about this and make sure it isn't for physical reasons.

well other than the obvious, less productive, and make mistakes more, may have more accidents...I have learned to acclimate to my odd sleep patterns..usually I have 3-4 days of not getting a lot of sleep, and then 1-2 nights of deep long sleep...I get busy..I paint and that just stimulates my brain...not necessarily a bad thing..if you are worried talk w/your doctor

me too,
maybe more prone to make mistakes at work, lethargic, softened memory & recall, easier to get a bit paranoid, less ability to handle stress, less creative at solutions, apathy...driving may become a little more risky
