It depends what you call 'hard rock' but I absolutely love Zero and X.Y.U by Smashing Pumpkins. They're awesome songs that always get me pumped.

Almost anything by Metallica, "So What" always gets me going. Also "Ten Thousand Fists" by Disturbed is pretty good for blowing away the cobwebs.
