I think the bible does say in the time before Noah, the world was very different, and that they did not remember the old world.

We seen to have fallen into a time warp and no one told me. How did we get to the time before Noah?

OK to answer your question. No we are not living in Noah's time. We are living in our time. If you want to get biblical, then there are prophecies the talk about our time and flooding is on the list. So are many other things. You should have a good evacuation plan and you should have some emergency preperations in order. With or without global warming, things are going to change and there will be times when its going to be ugly. So pack a few bags and leave them by the door just in case. So how long can you tread water?

Interesting perspective. Many religions have documented stories of floods in their writings. I beleive that the story of the flood is history as are the other people and experiences within its pages, so no we are living after. As for global warning, many things that I have read speculate that the earths temperature cycles up and down and that this warming is nothing but a natural state of change.
