Mederma or Vitamin E capsules. My daughter has a horrid scar from a dog bite and it smoothed out by using Baby oil Gel with vitamin E & Aloe in it.

There are skincare products out there that can lighten dark spots on the skin. There is one product called Brightening Serum made by Lumiere. Go to Lumierelight.com to locate a salon who retails this item. There are other brands yet you need to use your best judgment and shop around by contacting your local skincare salons.
