need expertise. ok i only see her a couple times a month but i kno her phone. cuz i am friends with her bro and i looked him up in the church directory. we barely talk. but we did talk once for 15 minutes straight about whats going on at my church and stuff. back to the point i kno i need to be friends with her first but i get all dry-mouthed and can't find a single word to say. also she is one year younger than me and im 13. i can't date till im 13 and i can't go anywhere that might be considered a date.(pretty much my parents are overprotective and i can't go anywhere with a girl who is not of my family) their is this thing every friday night that has basketball a movie pizza soda and ice cream it is about 5 minutes from me. plz i need help and im sry this was a little long. so how should i tell her i like her and when and what should i say

Try getting a group of people together to go skating or for pizza or something. That will give you some together so you won't be tongue-tied later on when you're old enough to date.

There is no easy way to go. You will keep thinking about the perfect time and it never comes, you will stay just as shy. Listen up, don't give it a thought, just tell yourself no matter when, where, or why, the very next time you lay eyes on her, head straight for her, if she is in conversation, say "excuse me, can I talk to you for a quick minute?". Remember, she will be just as nervous as you. I tell you from sad times because I choked, just do it. Good luck, let me know what happens. David
p.s. Sorry, just say I have been wanting to ask you to be my guest (guest is always safe) to the function, I thought you might allow me to learn more about you. Your not calling it a date, and have told her you really like her in a very casual and respectful way. you should take it slow. dont tell her u like her right away. like you said you need to become friends forst and then take it from there. it will be much esaier once you are comfortable around her. goo luck. and dont be nervous.
