If you have a problem with mold or anything else growing in your toilet it means you need to clean it every once in a while for one thing. There are plenty of products to chose from, but you should use something that kills bacteria. However, you don't want to use anything that's too abrasive, because you don't want to ruin the smooth finish on the inside of the bowl.
Here are a couple products you might want to look into:
Clorox Toilet Bowl Cleaner with Bleach, Rain Clean Scented
Lysol Disinfectant Toilet Bowl Cleaner

Some bleach and let it soak for a few minutes. For the future, any tiolet bowl cleaner and a brush will prevent mold.
