I have been with this guy for 2.5yrs, and he's had insecurity issues his whole life, and he broke into my e-mail and read EVERY SINGLE one of them, and then told me and used my private thoughts against me. What do I do? I want to leave, but I'm afraid of hurting him

My parked car was hit by a minor. Her parents told me that they will not fix my car unless I go to a specific place of their choice. I told them it is not their decision b/c their daughter is the one who hit me. Her mother tryed to take over the conversation and I stood my ground and told her that this is their responsibility. She turned around and told her husband I was abrasive toward her(which I wasn't, I was stern), and he told me not to call the house anymore and he will call me if the estimate is satisfactory to him. I haven't heard back from these people and I am afraid if I call they will press charges against me for harassment. I am not trying to argue w/ anyone I just want my car fixed! Do I call the police and let them take care of it?
