Being presentable yourself , and in a good mood . For your speech itself it has to be very logical , to the point , use simple but formal language .
Don't speak too much about yourself or your personal experience . Avoid redundancy and slang language .
Most of all and before any thing else try to rehearsal in a presence of a person you can trust to point out any mistakes .

Interesting topic and language and research facts. However it is how you present it with passion and conviction and some humour.
