vertigo or dizziness caused by your computer could be attributed to the refresh rate on your screen.

To change the refresh rate:
Right-click the desktop (not on an icon)
Left-click on Properties
Choose the Settings tab at the top
Click on the Advanced button
Choose the Monitor tab at the top
You will see the drop-down box where you can choose a different refresh rate.
Before you change it, be sure the box is checked that says "Hide modes that this monitor cannot display"

The most common cause of sudden dizziness is Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo .

Motion sickness! My husband gets this too. It tends to be worse with some games than with others. You need as much ambient light as possible - try sitting beneath the window. You will also need to take more frequent breaks - it's a nuisance but if you stop before you start feeling bad, then you will be able to carry on for longer in the end.

You may be sensitive to the flash of the screen or have a very mild form of epilepsy- take care- it should quit when you get away from the screen- if not- see a MD-D

Computer syndrome. Your brain's telling you it can't stand the screen anymore. Are your eyes sore as well?

Some people can actually get seizures but it is very rare. It might not hurt to consult your Dr.
