there are so many things that are band from use but the two things that help you kill yourself are not! how is this possible? is it because the government wants the money? possibly...and no offense to anyone that does any of those things but would you still have the same outlook on the situation if one of your loved ones died in a car accident from someone that was drunk? or maybe your mother or sister or brother died of lung cancer? maybe then your opinion would change. smoking not only harms you, but also others around you. its called second hand smoke. and people die from your smoke everyday. its very selfish in my opinion. harm yourself if you really have to but dont do it to others! i mean really..why is it so fun to go to partys and drink so much that all you do is throw up everything you had in the past week. how is getting emphazima fun?? being barely able to walk across from room to room? i bet when you get lung cancer or your liver shuts down you wont think its so fun anymore

My daughter has what I consider average ability in math and can add single digit numbers. She does however count on her fingers to get the answer and does end up getting some wrong due to miscount.

We have enrolled her in a reputable tutoring program to assist her with her math. Two months in, she has not progressed, the assignments she is doing are still the same as when we first started and she still counts on her fingers. The way the program works is until she passes the course work (exam each week), she repeats it again.

Is there any tips on how I can further assist her with her math. I would like to see her progress.

How can I get her to stop counting on her fingers. Is it just repetition and eventually she will just remember or is there a good method that I can follow.

I've got a stomach virus for a few days, but I have to go to my cousin's wedding tomorrow, because I'm in it, but I'm not sure if i should go b/c i don't want other people to catch what I have. He is 18 months old and he began this obsessive licking 6 months ago. He has been to the vet 3 times, tried antibiotics 2x and antiinflamitories as well. We've tried apple bitter and other deterents and he just licks them off. We've tried a bell collar and he gets around it and ripps off his bandage to get back to his sore. He eats an all natural diet, partially raw. He gets daily vitamin supplements and salmon oil. We keep him busy with bones, toys and plenty of daily exercise. Even the vet seems at a loss. Any home or natural remedies would be appreciated as well as suggestions for my vet.

I'm curious how many of you think that the world is messed up because it's run by men. Please minimize kneejerk responses motivated by past experiences with a bad boyfriend. I'm curious what you actually think. If I read pop culture right, then men in general are thought of as being basically as worthy of praise as Homer Simpson. But pop culture is often on the surface of society and not necessarily an indication of what's really on people's minds. I know there are a lot of false things that pop culture indicates about what I as a man apparently think and so I offer this survey in hopes to get insight into what you think.
