Using the torrent system sounds like it wouls be your best bet. Try this:
Install http://www.ziptorrent.com/
Then go to http://torrentspy.com and do a search for whatever software you need.

Well I don't think it is legal to download either of those for free. Besides limewire I have no idea where you would be able to download them for free exept for another file share like limewire.
They might offer a free trial. Check there website to see.
If you don't want to buy them but still want a good picture editor you should try GIMP. Check it out, it's a very good free picture editor.
