When I work out and get cramps, I eat a banana, which has potassium, and the cramps go away. Not sure if potassium makes hair grow faster though.

potassium does not aid hair growth.....

Vitamin E is meant for stimulating the oxygen intake in the body and improves the blood circulation. If there is proper blood circulation, hair growth is enhanced. Vitamin C assists the normal functioning of capillaries that carries the blood to the scalp. Even zinc is an important supplement, which should be consumed as it assists hair growth.

potassium is good for muscle cramps. Vitamin e will help with your hair. Also, trim it, no more than a quarter of an inch, once a month. The more you cut it, the more it grows.
