I have a Linksys 10/100 16 port Workgroup Switch. Model number is EZXS16W. On the adapter it says

Radio shack said I would have to get one from Linksys, Linksys support said to get one at Best Buy or an Electronics store. Can someone tell me exactly which one I need to buy and which numbers are important on the adapter. I don't want to blow out the switch.

My daughter is a real people person, and wants to work in HR some day for a major corporation.

How do I break the news to her that this is no longer a noble position, and that she will just be a pawn to implement such policies as laying off people due not due to performance, but to sell-off the job to a 3rd world country. Or to tell someone their company life insurance policy made the corporation a benifactor when someone dies...or that the pension plan coffers have been raided, or that they need to carry a cellphone with them when they go on vacation, or a number of other scripted corporate excuses for using people like inventory. This job is for someone, but how do I convince her so she does not become corrupted?

I was friends with this girl, good friends. She helped me out of a really bad relationship. My ex happened to be her boyfriends best friend. After she broke up with him, she went out and started dating my ex. I have it on good authority that nothing ever happened between them while I was with him, or she was with her boyfriend. I have since told her that I will not speak to her while she is still with this guy. The worst part is, she cheated on him, it got back to him, and he blamed me for it. Sent me a text message calling me a "stupid, jealous b****." I knew about it, i told one person, who doesn't know anyone involved but me, and could care less. Am I right for telling her that I want nothing to do with her, while she continually tries to get me to forgive her and accept her choice? And why is my ex blaming her cheating getting back to him on me?

when is it the best time for a man to say to a woman "I love you" It is a dillema I have had to face for a long time, through most of my life I seem to have mistimed the phrase ending up with me getting the boot/elbow. I made a kimono to wear for Halloween. I can't decide which shoes to wear with it. I looked on the internet and traditionally wooden platform thongs would be worn with a kimono. But, I don't want to spend any more money, so I'm trying to work with what I have.

Which do you think will look best?
(1) plain black ballerina flats, no bow or other embellishments
(2) matte black flat mary janes
(3) all black platform flip-flops

I work on a Neurology floor in a hospital and last week we got this patient in who started having left facial drooping, some LE weakness, and seizures. It took them forever to find out what he had, but knew it was some infectious process in his brain. Well, they finally figured out he ate some pork that wasn't cooked well enough and have you ever heard of trichanosis (spelling?), any way, yes, he had worms in his brain from eating the under cooked meat and they were feeding on his brain. To make matters worse, they said there was nothing they could do for him except wait for the worms to die, but in the mean time he deficits kept getting worse. They said surgery would only make matters worse. I have never seen anyone so depressed. Anybody have a serious problem that tops this???

I pretty much know that i've been addicted to pain killers for a while now i've been taking them pretty much everyday for about two years i will take about 2-3 pills a day usually hydrocodone,tylox anything i can get my hands on! I'm scaring myself though i think i'm way past the addiction part and am thinking of going into peoples houses and taking them i'm not going to do that but gawd this is out of control!! I wonder what i am doing to my body?

Can tension headaches happen one side of the head?
I get these headaches usually on one side. It ffels like my head is in a vise being squeezed from the back of the head all the way to the top and frount. Its not a throbbing, but it is a very tight squeeze.
