when is it the best time for a man to say to a woman "I love you" It is a dillema I have had to face for a long time, through most of my life I seem to have mistimed the phrase ending up with me getting the boot/elbow. And I was just wondering if somebody could enlighten me as to wether it is it better to say before or after I have just shot my mess down her throat?

If your girlfriend is upset about something and shes all teary about a mate, or a family situation whatever, hold her close in a way to assure she knows shes got security, then kiss her on her head and whisper in her ear "i love you"
My guy did this.... gave me the tingles, i think it was amazing
Its not the same for all girls though.
And make sure for certain that they will feel the same way. Nothing is worse than sharing your love and not recieiving the same apreciation in return. Don't rush into saying these words, and when you do say them.... MEAN IT!!

Oh my god that is the most degrading thing you could ever do to a women. If you are willing to to shoot your mess as you say down her throat then you don't really love her, so I don't think you should say it at all cause it will be a lie. If you really do love her you wouldn't do that and tell her you love her before and after making love to her. She should dump you in my opinion.

Defiantly after, it makes her appreciate that magic moment that you've just shared a little bit more. Still, I found that most woman would prefer a pearl necklace.

You should say it when you feel it. Whether that is before or after depends on the person. I would say before cos she might want to kiss after you tell her you love her.

When you really mean it, and not because you just want to sleep with her . If in doubt about her reaction to you telling her put it in a letter this shows you have really thought about it :) P.S. dont be upset if she doesnt swallow

No you are doing it all wrong.
If she wants to swallow, just let her go ahead and do it.
Don' t tell her you love her for just that . She will feel used.
Tell her way before she puts you in her mouth.

Well if you love her.. say it. It doesnt have to be at dinner or anything like that. But just because youre having sex.. or oral sex.. doesnt mean you have to say i love you.. if thats what you meant. But tell her when shes not expecting it.. thats always cute.
