I've been being pushed very hard by my child's therapists about getting this eval and adding that therapy and getting this to happen right away before he turns 3. What happens then? He's developmentally delayed. Does he turn into a pumpkin or something at age 3? Why all of this pressure all the time about everything? They said that he's out of the intervention program at age 3 and becomes the responsibility of the school district in assisting. Has anyone out there been through these things? What can I expect the school district to do with a toddler? Will I be forced to send him to school on a little yellow bus at age 3? Is it still my choice if I want to find private services for him or get a consultant to teach me what to do for him? I'm not ready to send a 3 year old to public school already for 5 days per week!

I like my italian bf or my guido John a lot we have both met each other parents and the like however my grandmother is moving in with my family for half the year till her house is done being built and i kind of let her think that he was Spanish when he was not my parents have not said anything to her because they like my bf and feel its my job to fix this. I was thinking of maybe just trying to pass him of as spanish but he might get offeneded and angry. How to fix this?

how can i help her gain weight?

she was the runt of the litter, always been a little on the skinny side. one summer we lived in nyc in an apartment with no a/c and she barely ate all summer. once the winter came she started eating better and gained weight, she looks good now. but shes still not chubby or anywhere near fat, like a pug should be.

is she just always going to be a tiny/thin pug because of that important summer of growth that she missed when she was young and wouldnt eat.. or is there something i can do to help her put on weight? thanks!

My girlfriend's father worked a operations desk job for American Airlines out of SFO for many (20+) years. He died while still employed by them of heart attack in his sleep at on his day off in 1993. At the time my girlfriend was a young teen. now my girlfriend (julie) is 28. Her mother has fight standby benifits (just pays the tax for the flight). Recently I mentioined to her that its not impossable that she might have theses famliy standby benifits also. It never occured to Julie until i mentioned it. So, I wanted to know if anyone knows the rules on if a biological daughter can fly "free" standby.

My husband and I bought a 1999 ford windstar. (I wanted a minivan he didn't) we bought a used one so we wouldn't have to worry about payments. This POS has been in the shop more times than its been out. The main problem was the check engine light was on. Now, my heat won't work and makes a horrible sound. I took it in and they said the "door" is jammed and won't turn over to heat. Ok, the van is in the shop today, they called me this afternoon and told me that I am going to have to pay $90.00 for them to replace the door. We have a warranty so I didn't think we had to pay anything. The woman @ the dealership told my husband that its not covered by the warranty because... The heat is considered a luxury item. WTF??? We live 30miles south of chicago, IL. How the hell is heat a luxury item?? It snowed here this morning and right now our temp is 41. Are we being scammed by the dealership?

hello, I was with my ex for 7 years and he was a mean man, very abusive, i went on to try to have babies with him, awful i know, but i thought this would make him happy, anyways, we had no luck, he went to the doc and was fine and we were in the middle of testing me when i left him. As far as our testing got i was good to go, but im really worried that i may not be able to have any kids because we used no protection for about 4 yrs and he came everytime in me, shouldn't i have gotton pregnant one of those times?!..Some people have told me that some womens eggs are picky about sperm, or sometimes the sperm and egg just dont match up..is this crap or somewhat true?
