Put your ear on a heating pad, or a towel dampened in very hot water..Like a hot pillow...It eases the pain...A stiff drink will also dull the pain..Drink hot liquids, such as tea or hot apple juice..

Call your doctor's office and tell him that you need pain relief now. Ask him to call in a prescription for SIMILASIN pain relieving ear drops. Once you've got the bottle of drops, warm the bottle up in your hands for a few minutes before putting the drops in your ear...the cold only aggravates the pain.
Good luck

This area being for pets: I'd say call your doctor and tell them, " I can hardly stand the pain and need some relief NOW, before I go crazy and take you with me!" That might get some results for you

If you do not have a heating pad, you can take a wet washcloth and put it in a Ziploc bag, put it in the microwave, for 30-45 seconds, wrap it in a dishcloth,( it will be hot, the dishcloth helps not to burn) and it works well as a heating pad, i used it for tooth pain, and I found that it works well

Either call your doctor and tell him how uncomfortable you are, or go to a walk in clinic if they have them in your area, or last but not least go the E.R.
Hope you get the help you need!
