I want to make French baguette but don't know where to get French flour. My nearest cities are Manchester and Leeds. Anybody knows where I can buy the French flour around Manchester or Leeds, or near to these cities?

You need Flour T.55 to make a nice French-style baguette. You can try at Sainsbury's, they've got some at my local one.
Good luck!
