In a car accident, can a person be charged with failure to stop and render aid if they just happened to see a car accident, and didn't bother to stop and help? Or does this offense apply only to those who were actually involved in causing the accident? Also, for instance, let's say you see little kids beating a person. If the police found out that you witnessed this happening, and that you neglected to notify the proper authorities, would that result in a charge of failure to stop and render aid for the witness?

Ok im in the 6th grade. He;s in the 7th. He plays football so I see him in the morning. And after school when he picks up his brother and goes to football pratice. On friday of last week my friend got his together and asked him did he like me, he said yeah so we go together but we havent talked since that day. I seen him on tuesday because monday we didnt have school. On wednesday i didnt c him and today he was absent and 2morrow what if i dont talk 2 him. i really like him and i have 2 get him 2 like me!!!What should I do and when i do talk2 him whut should I say???I REALLY NEED HELP

so i am 2 months pregnant and i have never been before. i am not quite sure what morning sickness is supposed to be like but for some reason the past 3 days i wake up and i feel a lil sick in my stomach but i always kinda feel like that cuz its empty. buti can't eat i have no appetite i go to school get home at about 10 and i know i need to eat cuz my stomach hurts. so i eat and it comes right back up. then in the afternoon i feel hungry and i eat and its fine and about a couple hours late i am really nauseated and i make a trip to the bathroom again. i also wake up in the middle of the night and have to purge. when you have morning sickness what is supposed to come out and how often are you supposed to throw up. because i have been gettin a lot of stomach acid. is this normal? i called my doctor and im waiting for a call back but im anxious to know whats goin on. any help?

he/she said that they didn't create you or anything else. Your notion of having a creator was just a clever construct (built into a being's personality) to convince you to become your own "conscious self creator" and that from the begining of time consciousness was the true creator of everything? Consciousness did this (created everything) simply because that was the nature of itself. This would also imply that you came face to face with the "ideal" form of yourself, and that consciousness was a spontainous happening brought on simply out of necessity so that their could be existence at all. How would you feel?

Last week was my birthday&I didn't fel very well that morning.I went downstairs for breakfast hoping my wife would be pleasant&say"Happy Birthday"&possibly have a present for me.As it turned out she barely said Good morning.Well that's marriage for you but my kids will remember...they didn't say a word.So when I left for the office I was feelin pretty low but then Jane my secretary said "Morning Boss, Happy Birthday".At least someone had remembered. Lunch time,Jane knocked and asked me out to lunch.I said Thanks Jane.We didn't go to our normal place instead to a little place with a private table.We had 2 Martinis each&I enjoyed the meal.On the way back Jane said let's go to my place.After arriving at her apartment Jane turned to me&said Boss if you don't mind I'm going to step into the bedroom for a minute - I'll be right back.After a couple of minutes she appeared with a b'day cake,my wife,kids&friends all singing Happy B'day...and i just sat there....on the couch....COMPLETELY NAKED!

Okay my husband is 36 and I am 26. He always starts the arguments and yes I end up getting mad and saying something that I dont mean and he does the same and then he would leave for the whole day not telling me what he is doing. Then when he comes back home he will close hiself in his office and ingnore me and his two month old daughter. Then when I want to talk to him why is is so mad and/or upset he don't want to talk about it. Even though he has been avoiding the topic all day. I have to keep on talking to him to tell me why. When he acts like this it cuts like a knife any suggestions?

I am in the process of starting and naming my multi media company. The ideal business name would be geared toward urban/hiphop marketplace like music, videos and other products and services targeted to the above marketplace.
