Everyone seems to be saying natural but if you're lacking in that department and it will make you feel more like a woman then go for it. find a good surgeon and go and have a consultation. it's a personal thing and to be honest the silicone ones are perfectly safe. i have them, and for all those saying natural natural natural, if only i had some. now i have a nice shape and look femine and no one would ever know. good luck.

Simply ordinary breasts - flesh and all the bits that go with breasts.

I am a very virile and rampant male, and my wife has very small breasts, but I do know that when I touch them, I am touching her, not bits of chemicals stuffed inside her. I like real flesh, not substitutes that boost the ego.

I would surmise, although I cannot argue this with authority, that filling your breats with immotile material will reduce their sensitivity to touch, and thus irreversibly deprive you of a source of great tactile sensitivity and pleasure.

Think again. No real man wants an artificial woman, and if you are not contemplating this action to increase your attractiveness to the male of the species, do you really wish to go through life knowning that your breasts are a lie?

Actually natural breasts are best and safest!
But if you feel you must have implants, go for Saline, much less chance of infection or other things going wrong.

Silicone is actually a relatively safe non reactive material. I would suggest she have the cohesive gel version, which has a gummy bear consistency and will not leak if the implant shell ruptures. HTH : )

Haven't they banned the silicone ones?

Why not go to your doctor and talk to him/her? A specialist is the way to go with this question. Have you though about price difference? The way you'll look after? What about just getting a "water" bra?? My sister swears by them and it makes her look an extra size bigger without the surgery!

Why risk having an operation in the first place?

I don't think either is good, natural is the way to go. That's the way we were made. But this is only my opinion.

The best are REAL ones made from flesh and blood, not something artificial.
