I bought a wedding dress on Ebay, gave the seller in China all my right Measurements and Requirements that I wanted the dress to look like, When I got it it was Ivory and Pink instead of Ivory and Red. And a really horrible bright pink and the style was different to the dress I had ordered.The dress is dreadful looking! I complained and he offered my a refund for the price of the dress but not the shipping witch was £80. Should I push for a full refund or just accept the dress price back?

ok this guy at school asked me if I would go out with this other guy I think is kinda cute and like a little. well I don't know if he was just joking around trying to be stupid and to see if I liked him or if the other guy really does like me. My friend's British boyfriend wrote me today asking for advice on a good place to propose in NYC. He's coming to NY in November and plans to do it then. I've thought of a few places, but nothing I love and I really want to come up with something good. It could be anywhere - restaurant, bar, park, etc... I just want to avoid the cliche places (i.e. Empire State Building, Central Park carriage ride, Rainbow Room). He's a London native & she's a Cali girl, so I really want to come through for them.

We have not gotten together yet but we flirt all the time and truly care for each other he went to college about 2 hours away from me but will be back for winter break, we worked together as baggers at a grocery store. we always make each other laugh.he's 18 I'm 24. yes I am 24 but I have not had most of the experiences people my age had high school was hard on me making friends because everyone was so superfical now things are different but my personality fits better with 16-19 year olds I'm real silly and Tom loves to hear my crazy stories and I want to have a relationship with him.he's never had a g/f b-4 and he's not interested in girls at college more than friends. we haven't had a problem with just communicating on the comp and I know he's loyal so how do we make a full transistion to being together.it's kinda like we are but we don't say it. Tom is real affectionate, loves to hug and touch me when he can. I plan to kiss him when we hang out on break. but before then, any advice?

We have been married 31 years. I work and my husband is retired. Would I be entitled to his retrement plan after divorce, and still after he dies? I always wanted my own retirement plan, but he canceled all the insurance policies in my name. I'd appreciate any advice, pref. from a lawyer. Just need to know this before I take any further steps.

It may be important to know that I earn very well, but still have nothing for retirement, because my husband was responsible for that. I payed off the house, and all other expenses.

Pottery platter is 16 inches across and made of white clay covered in creamy white and cobalt blue glaze. Creamy white center is about 10 1/2" and blue border is 2 1/2" The blue border has a raised scalloped design that looks like abstract mountains with peaks facing towards the center of platter. Imprinted on bottom of platter is: (copyright sign) TREASURE CRAFT USA. Bottom of platter is solid creamy white. Platter is finished with a thin glossy glaze. It was chipped by the movers in a recent move, and now they are asking for a value. I bought it in a gift shop and of course don't remember what I paid. I know that Treasure Craft is a famous line of pottery, but I have not seen anything like this on any websites that I have looked at. I thought it might be from a line of dishes, but I have looked on Replacements and can't find anything like this, although not everything has a photo. I need someone who is familiar with this item to respond.

I have a little bother (13) who can't focus on school. He is a good kid but I can't seem to motivate him and him get interested in doing good or pay attention. Having my hair combed (and trimmed) is a great stress-buster for me. I love someone gently fussing over the whole thing and taking an eternity. It gives me goose pimples and sends me into a trance.
