Homosexuality is god given trait, no one choses it, then why will god punish a homosexual?

Help me out Girls! Cosmetic dillema =p?

I have had this MAC giftcard (approx $25) and I am SOOO bad at making color choices when it comes to eye makeup. Anyone knows their mac cosmetics have suggestions of what i should spend it on? I have chocolate brown asian eyes, warm beige skin and dark brown hair if that helps. Thanx!

police academy training..?

I am a 35 yr old female. I have always dreamed of becoming a police officer. The only problem is i can't pass the physical part of the test. Please.... i need help with training for mile and half run in 15:48... 25 sit ups in 60 sec and 25 push ups 60 sec. I need to loose about 40lbs. What are some of the best exercises i can do for training. Now i am at 10 push ups.... 18 sit ups and mile ans a half takes me 22 minutes!!! PLEASE some tips!!!

A 67.9kg skier coasts up a snow-covered hill that makes an angle of 27o with the horizontal. The initial speed of the skier is 8.0m/s. After coasting a distance of 2.0m up the slope, the speed of the skier is 3.00m/s. Calculate the work done by the kinetic frictional force that acts on the skis.

This is my last problem of my 20 that I needed to do. I have created a sketch to try and figure out other variables, but nothing seems to be coming together. I found out the PE and KE, but am unsure how it can be used with the negative acceleration that I also found. It seems like I am making it harder then it really is. Should I use sin to find out the height cahnge?

Who was happy to see Shamrock retire yesterday?

Man they dragged that Ortiz vs Shamrock thing out for a while. At least that fight was free. And some of the other fights were pretty bloody. Did anyone see that first fight with Matt 'the Hammer"? A question for psychologists, social workers, counsellors, therapists, psychiatrists and others.?

I'm currently a sophomore in University, and I'm majoring in Psychology. I aspire to someday become a practicing psychologist, and I suspect that it is my ideal profession. The way I see it, being a psychologist is something like being a teacher--teaching people on a one-to-one level how to understand themselves and live their lives so that they can be happy. I also get this sneaking suspicion that there are a lot of not-so-good psychologists in the field, and I think I could become one who really changes people's lives.

For anyone with a career in the psychology field, what's it like? How does it feel? What does your job consist of? What are the pros and cons? Is it what you expected?

Rats in the loft?

At 4am this morning there was something making a noise in one of the bedroom walls
I have 2 pet rats and know what they sound like when they nibble and it definatly sounded like that in the wall

I can only think ive got rats in my loft or some big mouse, i cant see it being a bird its was a knawing sound like something was knawing on some wood and it was quite loud

Could i possibly have rats in my loft? or could this be some gigantic wood worm, whatever it is its bloody scarey i just hope it doesnt chew the cables up there

I dont know how its ended up in the wall though
