Here's the real diner where they shoot those scenes (in case you ever want to go have lunch there in the same booth) :

And as you can see from the two photos on that page, they don't ALWAYS sit in the same booth. (Just most of the time.)

the booth's already reserved for them every now and then..

Camera crew can film at that location easier.
