I am a 35 yr old female. I have always dreamed of becoming a police officer. The only problem is i can't pass the physical part of the test. Please.... i need help with training for mile and half run in 15:48... 25 sit ups in 60 sec and 25 push ups 60 sec. I need to loose about 40lbs. What are some of the best exercises i can do for training. Now i am at 10 push ups.... 18 sit ups and mile ans a half takes me 22 minutes!!! PLEASE some tips!!!

ok join a gym and jog 5 miles do this every day work on your biceps and triceps and do some core exercises
