My homecoming date hates me for no reason watsoever. All i did was be nice to her and my and her friends agree on that and have no idea why shes acting like that. I ve heard many theories bout it, she likes me but doesnt want to admit it, shes retarded, she wants attention, and a few others. apparently she has been saying some pretty mean things about me behind my back and i really dont like her doing that. The problem is is that shes is really hard to talk to and will prolly lie and bs at me if i do decide to ask her. I never really liked her and realize that it was a mistake to ask her to the dance in the first place so i dont really care, i juts want her to stop. I asked her because her friends begged me and she seemed like she wanted me too. I dont know how to act in this situation? any ideas? I find this out after the dance, and apparently she lied to me the whole time bout having fun, cuz what she says, it dosnt look like it at all. And seriously, i was really really nice to her.

Are Christians who are pro-gay rights exercising independent judgement?

We need look no further than 1 Corinthians 6:9 where it states that gay people will not inherit the kingdom of GOd, we read in Leviticus 18:22 that gay sex is an abomination to God.

Now, I'm married to a Catholic woman, whose brother is a gay man.

My wife is exercising independent judgement of the Bible in supporting gay rights.

I applaud my wife in this decision.

So, is it possible that there are other Christians, who have a conscience and don't get their morality or politics from the Bible?

Years ago - voted for Clinton...I guessed right that time. He won. But I ended up hating the guy because of his infedelities, lies and scandal.... So, voted for Bush twice... Not to happy about that either. Economy is bad and we are in a war... So, even though I guessed right both times - want to try to do better at the polls for the governor race. I usually vote a strait ticket - it's alot easier... Any advice???

My church is planning a week of revival services. We're really focusing on praying for God's healing on our church, community, and just our country in general. I just wanted to ask other Christians on here to pray along with us. I, along with the members of the church I attend, really believe that if Christians turn to God in prayer and ask for His blessing on our country, He will hear our prayer and heal us. My boyfriend knows... he is actually in his last uear of highschool and he wants a baby. but i REALLY wanna finish school.. and i had some goals set, i really wanna become a nurse ... and me and my dad talk about teen pregnancy a lot and how u can easily be judged by teen pregnancy, he told me that if i was pregnant i wouldn't be keeping it... i said "well what if i didnt't beleive in abortion"(because i dont) he said youd be kicked out... i told him that ur suposed to love your child unconditioanly.. he doesnt know i have sex... my mom does i keep telling her i would get on the pill.. but i still havent... she just keeps telling me not to get pregnant. and i live a better life at my dads, my mom doesnt have that much and i know if i do something stupid like so, i would have to live there and missout on all the things i had. my boyfriend also told me that i could move in with him and his mother she already said it'd be fine. I just REALLY love my dad and i dont want to lose him.

I think the democrats will win hopefully even without the recent sexual predator and nuke scandal. but i think the recent scandals in a republican administration full of criminal scandals guarantee Americans no longer can tolerate fake christians and sexual predators in congress. i really dont understand my precal homework(shoot i havent understood a thing since school started) we are working on quadratic equations and inequalities..and we are doing completing the square and such so that we can graph them and find the distinct roots and such

i really dont understand this..graphing quads was something that troubled me in algebra and such

math was my favorite subject. i love math..but now it is really difficult. precal has such a different concept than algebra and such

any tips on what i should do?
i really dont want to go to my teacher..b/c she sucks and she is always busy with sports..my friends cant really help me either since they are busy and tehy dont really understand it either

I understand that the amount of alcohol depends on how much alcohol is put in. But I also understand that, when you ask for a specific cocktail at the bar, the coctail is prepared according to a standard recipe. That is, the same cocktail at two different bars will have the same amount of alcohol. ( Correct me if I'm wrong ). I, therefore, would appreciate the specific names of the coctails.
I also do not refer to virgin coctails - as far as I know they don't have any alcohol. Thanks.
