Bully on my back...because I am "smart" I need advice, and I don't want to go to staff. They (1 person) were nice bu now it's dum things. What can I do...this is starting to get embarasing especially around the teachers.

I don't understand the question. Is there a bully picking on you or are you the bully?
If one is picking on you you will eventually have to stand up to him/her. When you stand up to a bully, they will back off. They have lost their control over you. You may even have to "pop" the bully. IF you have to fight, no matter if you lose, he will leave you alone.
