My son pouts over everything and when you ask him whats wrong he says he is just sad .I of coarse do not think he has anything to be sad about he has everything and anything he has ever wanted.

My bf just got this great promotion and i am so proud of him. But he has started to act distant. With me, he will cuddle and all but yet, he isnt 'there'. When asked, he said he is thinking bout work. When i sms him, he doesnt even reply but admits he saw the msg. Makes me feel neglected that he cant even take a minute to reply a short msg. I'm a guy with a penis pain problem. I'm 26 years old.. and i fear that i cannot have penetration if i ever have a girlfriendin the future, because i get pain from touching. But i guess one of the reasons it hurts is because my hand is pulling on the skin directly. However, me grabbing is not the same as a girl pushing into me. So is there a possibility that a woman pushing her body into my penis and moving in and out herself, rather than me pushing into her, is less dangerous and better for me?

I work with a woman I absolutely can’t stand. She is loud, very rude, irritating and drives me crazy!

She speaks on the phone in another language when we are an English speaking environment and I personally think that is extremely rude.

She will also yell across the room when I am on the phone dealing with customers and it's extremely irritating.

I've made numerous complaints to my boss before but nothing ever gets done about it because he says "That's just her culture and the way she is."

I think that's absolute bull just because she's from another country make it ok to be rude to people?!

I need some advice on what to do before I either quit my job or kill her! Help!!!

There's so many different options! I don't want to spend over $300.00 for a used (refurbished) laptop, but I want it to be fast & reliable. I don't know much about brands like E-machines or Aspire, and I'm more comfortable with Dells, Gateways, Sonys (How, I wish!). Should I buy on Ebay? or is it more advisable to purchase at BestBuy, or a place similar that there's more of a reliable seller.
