I'm a guy with a penis pain problem. I'm 26 years old.. and i fear that i cannot have penetration if i ever have a girlfriendin the future, because i get pain from touching. But i guess one of the reasons it hurts is because my hand is pulling on the skin directly. However, me grabbing is not the same as a girl pushing into me. So is there a possibility that a woman pushing her body into my penis and moving in and out herself, rather than me pushing into her, is less dangerous and better for me?

khope thanks. I"ve gone to lots of drs. and they say they dn't know what i have. they have no answers ever. i'm tired of going, but it doesn't hurt unless i touch( masturbation and it's not even rough, just slightly pulling hurts it). so i can just not touch ever again and end my sex life..but i don't want that, so that's why i came up with this queestion

1st always be in control of your own penis. If the girl does move around too much it can be painful and damaging.
2nd if you are really sensitive, try some of the desensitizing cream available next to the condoms and see if that might help your problem if it is the skin that is really sensitive. If the internal tissues are what are painful, not sure what can help you there if the drs can't find anything.
I do know that during intercourse, you tend to totally ignore or suppress about every other sense or feeling--like when I have had a sprained arm, but still had sex, I didn't notice the pain at all until after we were done and it came back.

It's more a question of the angle rather than who's doing the moving. Also, if you're having pain in your penis then you should definitely see a physician.

It may be less painfull that way. Have you tried a lubricant? It sounds like the friction of dry skin on dry skin is causing the excessive pulling sensation, which may be resolved if you use a lubricant like KY Jelly (or a generic alternative). This worked for me and my wife.

I think you should see a doc and find out why its painful first of all. It shouldn't be that painful unless its just really sensitive but it shouldn't always be that way
