I All so have high blood pressure.
first if you have not done it yet. consult with your doctor to see what he thinks you need to do.
then reduce caffeine but don't stop it all at one time.
decrease your body weight if you need too.
Try to stop smoking and cut down on alcohol if you do them. exercise walking was the best thing i did it may not work for you but give it a try.
eat a lot of fruits and vegetables this helps out a lot more then you may think.
Take all medication prescribed to you by your doctor exactly as he/she says.
it is hard at first to stop old things you have done for a long time but when you do it will pay off in the long run.

3. exercise moderately each day (30 min. walk at a brisk pace)
4. eat many fruits and vegetables each day
5. decrease your intake of sodium in foods/salt
6. If you are overweight, lose weight. Even a slight decrease in body weight can lower your blood pressure.
