I put Preperation H all over my hand and stuck my hand in a fire and it didn't stop the burning. Why?

Because any salves trap in heat. that's why when u burn yourself use ice not butter or a pep H. Stick 2 your sience books young man and not JACKASS movies.

Well it is made to work on Assholes and you sure sound like one so maybe it was just spoiled and you need a fresh tube.
