I am in a Improv class and I am finding it so hard to perform whatever the exercise the teacher gives us. I feel there is a wall I have up. I can see in my minds eye the actions needed but can't get them out. Any idea's?

Open relationship my wife and I. I can do who ever I want when ever I want.she on the other hand must request that i allow her to use the vibrator. My 11 year old stepdaughter has been taking benedryl EVERY night for over a month. Mom is giving her 3 a night when the reccommended dose is 1. She says it is to help her sleep, but when she is with us we do not have any problems with her sleeping. She wont listen to our concerns either. What should we do?
