Huh? Then go out with him. If he asked you out, then he must like you now. Maybe before you felt he didn't, or knew he didn't, but people can change.
If he acts inappropriately while you are out and you think he is just trying to "make fun" of you somehow, then drop him like a hot potato. Also stay safe.
