There was an animated program for children based in Hercules (and I don't me the recent Disney characters). Wonder Woman's legend makes reference to Greek mythology. The costume for the Flash has historically been based in references to Mercury.

I think there's a lot of reference to Greek mythology in the Harry Potter Series -- The Phoenix, the Griffon, and the Pegasus come immediately to mind.

Then there are TV series like Hercules and Xena: Warrior Princess.

The Star Wars movies contain parallels to Greek myths.

Wonder Woman comics make a lot of reference to Greek myths. There's a new Marvel comic book series out this year called the Eternals, based on a Jack Kirby comic of the 1970s, and the Eternals are basically super heroic versions of the Greek Gods.

Then there's games like Age of Mythology, Dungeons and Dragons, Heroscape...

That's all I can think of off the top of my head.
