We tried getting into Marquee, Bungalow 8 and Pink Pigs (i think)...all of it were reservations only...and with a VIP list...unless I'm ready to shed $800!

Im not from New York hence could you tell me if that's really how it is.

I've met numerous famous musicians.Two things stand out in my mind.I played guitar alongside Nuno Bettancort (Extremes guitarist) at a guitar seminar in Connecticut.He turned out to be the biggest conceited idiot I've ever met.He was rude and nasty.
Conversely,I worked at Rob Thomas'(Matchbox 20) house in Armonk NY several years ago.He and his girlfriend turned out to be SOOO cool.Not what I expected.Has this ever happened to you?I've met many but those two stand out.

I met a girl on holiday in Spain who's from Glasgow. I live in London. Although nothing happened on holiday (we just chatted for a few hours in a bar) she got in touch with me and we have been texting regularly. She flew down to visit me in London last weekend and we got on really well. I've booked flights tovisit her in Glasgow next weekend.

Is it doomed to failure because of the distance between us? or should I just take it as it comes?

I've noticed that a large number of words are capitalized in the German language. I'm not German and can't read it either, but I just always wondered why so many words start with a capital letter, even if they are not 'proper nouns'?

So I'm not really out at work, no need to be right? Not!!! I have a few friends at work who know that I am gay and living with my fiancee, however my boss and my direct superiors do not know. I'm getting married in approxiametly 6 months and I really want to just let it be known that I'm getting married. I will no longer be the single girl at work with no kids. When your Doctor takes a blood test to see if your pregnant does the test just specifically test for pregnancy or do the results cover a number of things ? Recently my Doctor did a blood test for some problems I was having with my diet. I was wondering If I was pregnant would that show up on his test ??
