MAYBE YOU DO SIT UPS RIGHT AFTER A MEAL? MAKE SURE YOU DO SIT UPS ON AN EMPTY STOMACH. IN THE MORNINGS BEFORE BREAKFAST OR LATE AT NIGHT AFTER 3-4 HOURS AFTER YOUR LAST MEAL. ALSO DON'T DRINK TO MUCH WATER OR ANYTHING BEFORE DOING SIT UPS, DRINK AFTERWARDS! GOOD LUCK

It might be due to situps. But that doesn't sound normal. When you do situps, it puts pressure on the stomach, however I do situps all the time, and generally don't feel sick later on. YOu should visit your physician.

You should have that checked out sit ups shouldnt make you feel sick maybe its what your eating or not eating before you do sit ups.

your muscles should be sore and achy, but you should not be nauseated. I would call your doctor, they will probally want to have you come in for a check up.
