I would say none. Delhi is polluted with traffic, smoke and suffocation all the times. Got to some other place like Goa, Shimla, Mussorie, Nainital, Kochin.

like all paces delhi too is experiencing a change of the normal weather pattern. before delhi always had a very dry heat which though can be unbearable but is considered healthy. but in recent times delhi summers have become very sweaty & hmid, which can be quite energy sapping.
winters were earlier very severe & now there is the visibility problems during early hours of winter mornings in delhi.
comparitively, spring or winters would still be a better time to visit delhi.

Delhi, India? Then I would suggest spring. Considering India is a tropical country, it is either very hot during the summer or unbearably cold during the winter.
late October/early november is a pleasant time to visit, but spring is a good time as well. this information is given with the consideration of the weather only.

I went to Delhi countless situations 2 years in the past and stayed close to Nizamuddin Railway Station, i think of... there is an entire area referred to as Paharganj it is extremely touristy and has rather some funds inns.. We took an A/C room for 500 rupees (2 people) however the charges of each and every thing has long gone up plenty in India in the previous couple of years so i'm uncertain of the fee. For seasons.. now's a good time..Now until Feb this is going to likely be staggering and funky.

The best time to visit Delhi and the surrounding areas are December to March.
The weather is cool. DOnt worry about pollution etc. If you want to see India, see everything.
