I mean "ask and ye shall recieve". Why dont you just pray to Jesus to convert us all instantaneously, OR if thats not what you want.( because of obvious overcrowding in heaven) Then Pray that we all dissappear. I'll give ya 30 minutes

The prayers you've proposed would violate God's Will. Remember, "Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven." God earnestly desires your repentance, but He will NOT force you.

Peace.

Many times I get what I prayed for. Sometimes God says "No" because what I prayed for might not be good for me.

All in all, God does answer many of my prayers. Far beyond the realm of coincidence or statistical averages.

Most people don't have the faith to pray that everyone will be touched by the Spirit of the Living God. Their minds just can't conceive that it could happen. Your answers to prayer can only be as big as your faith.

God says that in these last days (before the return of Jesus Christ) He is pouring out His Spirit in unprecedented measure upon anyone who truly wants Him and searches for Him with all their hearts. I pray that for those who truly desire Him, the Living God will plainly reveal Himself to them.

And yes. We would love it if you joined us in "heaven". It will be a great party.

As for the 30 minute limitation. Sorry. Not compatible with my schedule today since I have to go to work. But I will keep you in prayer and hope that God will reveal Himself to you in a wonderful and dramatic way.

I absolutely get what I pray for, not always in the way that I wanted but I always get an answer to my prayers.
To answer your other question, why would I pray that everyone everywhere would get "converted" all at once. That is ridiculous. Each person has to experience salvation in their own personal way, sometimes that takes time. If Everyone, everywhere was instantaneously converted then their own experiences would not be as special and as real. I do pray for every ones salvation, just not instantaneously.

God is not a genie. He does not answer prayers like a genie grants wishes. We can pray but God makes the ultimate decision. Think about how much we know compared to how much God knows. Remember that movie Bruce Almighty? Remember all the chaos that happened when Bruce answered everyone's prayer with a 'yes'? God has more wisdom than that. God ALWAYS answers sincere prayer. His answers are yes, no, and wait.

I get what I asked for because I know what to be asking for. This life is very short, compared to the thousands of years of life without illness or aging, on a Paradise Earth, after Armageddon. What you ask for is the strength to get through this to see that new day.

I have already received from God my family, friends, etc. who I have prayed for have or will receive Jesus Christ as their personal Lord & Savior before they die.

God has already given me the knower in my knower that they are heaven bound. It was received at the Gateway Fellowship where the Holy Spirit gift of intercesory prayer fell, where I pray in spirit as I see visions of family members, etc. Some have not yet been born again. I trust God & have faith for each & every one of them & their's complete Salvation (eternal life).

Jesus said that if we abide in God's love & God's Word, ask what we will & He will answer.
If we know that God hears us, we know we receive. We need to receive. We don't get it if we don't receive it.
Delight yourself in the Lord and He shall give you the desires of your heart.
God is able to do abundantly above anything we could ask or think. So expect to get more than you expect, when you abide in His Love & Word.
Grace & mercy follow me all the days of my life.

Are you trying to get us to expand our vision to include people we don't know or haven't heard anything about?

Skippy,
Seek & you will find. It is a promise in God's Word.

Ok,,

Jam 4:1 What is the source of quarrels and conflicts among you? Is not the source your pleasures that wage war in your members?
Jam 4:2 You lust and do not have; {so} you commit murder. You are envious and cannot obtain; {so} you fight and quarrel. You do not have because you do not ask.
Jam 4:3 You ask and do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend {it} on your pleasures.

Matthew 26:41 - Watch and pray that you may not enter into temptation; the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak."

God will not interfere with a person's free will....that is why we cannont DEMAND everyone convert (you may not want to). And sometimes God answers our prayers with a no....( I want a pony! I want my teacher to die.) Sometimes he answers not yet. God always has our best interests in mind and knows what we need is more important than what we want.
