I asked 2 questions before and wrote wrongly that ‘90% of Indians go for arranged marriage’. That’s wrong. Please excuse me for this. So what’s your take on my concern? What is the best way to deal with such a situation? I am a bit worried about how my partner will be. Please help me.

Judging from the sound of your question, your parents are only trying to match you up (blind-dates, not arranged marriages) so give it a shot, they might find you the girl of your dreams after all..... regardless dont rush anything. They may be eager to see you married, but you dont want to end up married unhappily.

I hate to break it to u but only u can find the love of ur life. Only u will know what u want in a girl. U can try to date as many girls until u find the right one even if it is dating 40girls or 50 girls. Just make sure that u are happy & satisfy with this person. If any of the girls u date just make sure they don't do anything that will bother u even if it is something as simple as smoking a cigarette or their behavior issues because that one thing that bugs u from the girl is going to bug u for the rest of ur life. Believe me i been there. It is nice that your parents are trying to find someone 4 u but what if that someone is the person they like but u don't? That girl is marrying u not ur parents. We here is the USA like to act like we have a great system of meeting a wife and being happy... but most of our marriages break up.
A lot of women cheat on men here in the USA. A lot of women will move to a man with more money or who seems better because they feel they can without getting in trouble.
When you meet your possible match ask her this question.
I will treat you very nice and I will listen to your feelings. All I ask from you is to do the same for me. Then over time we can continue to learn and grow together in our relationship.
It is all about being nice.
Look how the girl dresses because if she is in anyway trying to look in the style of the USA you better be careful because women here sleep around with other men. They act like they don't and they will not tell anyone but they do.
The reason I know is I was in a situation where a lot of married women would have sex with me. I did not seek them out but I was in a job where they knew they could do it and no one would find out. Many of them just wanted their men to be nicer to them and softly touch them for the women's pleasure more and also sometimes they wanted to be taken by a man and used for his pleasure. It was a mood thing for them but it was not always just one way or the other.
I was really surprised how many of these woman's men never found out.
So, I guess what I am trying to say is do not worry about an arranged marriage, because I think it is much better than the way it works here in the USA.

Mate! Liking girls a lot is something! But LOVING someone for life is different.
Meet up your parents' choices... Nobody but you will be the person to say the final "yes or no"....
So, what's the problem? You may just find the love of your life among the ones your parents choose! If not give it some more time till you actually find the love of your life!

I think CTM is right, you should go for arranged marriage. Falling in love can be very tricky at times and whie f course some marriages work out very well, most of them get divorced because the couple is jus not willing to resolve their problems. I don't suppose your parents would force someone on you if you didn't want to get marrie at all.

I say don't look for love....let it come to you. Everything falls right into place. Dont expect anything, just be normal and follow your heart. If its a must about your parents try it out, but just trust your gut...=) I wish you the best of luck and I know it'll come to you!

hello friend it's ok ur worried abt ur life partner, see ur mom will get u only that girl which is good character and belong's to a good backed family,however u ppl should try to know all abt that girl which ur mom will choose, it's ok that u wanna find a girl by ur self. BEST OF LUCK!!!!!

found why she is not your love for your life and after knowing that ask to the parents i want that type of girl to whom i am looking for so, if you find that type of girl gave some time that is it that exactly that one and if possible ask her too should you also her dream boy or try to know that.

Moms hooked me up with a girl she used to work with Didnt work out so I think is better to look for yourself
