the fact that there are 2 big parties in the US doesnt impress me. both parties, instead of focusing on how they can make the country better, are focusing on how they can make the other party worse. instead of hoping that the other party is right and working with them, they are hoping that they are wrong and trying to work against them. there are some obvious problems in both, both make bad decisions that were obvious from the beginning. but you cant deny that whenver one side has a good idea, it become demonized by the other side, and all you will hear about the idea are lies and accusations, *only* because the good idea didnt come from their own party, but if their own party were to come up with it then they would have no problem accepting it. with this in mind, would it be a good idea to break up the Reps and the Dems, and make smaller parties with more specific goals?

I was wondering what the next step would be in closing down a known puppy mill. City and State have both been involved with this person, but have had absolutely no luck in closing her down, PETA has stepped in and got the IRS involved thinking that would help, no such luck. We have had undercover people go in and document the things going on plus dates, people have went as far as getting themselves in trouble with the law by stealing the puppies/dogs that were in desperate need of medical attention. It is sickening to watch these animals suffer, people come unaware or buy via internet and end up paying money out the butt for sick animals, the animals mostly dogs of different breeds are suffering daily. This is in West Virginia. We have had no luck in closing her down, I need information on a next step if anyone is invoved in this I hope you can help as I stated City, State, PETA, IRS involved, but no luck can you help?

OK. I have answered quite a few questions and in perusing the other peoples answers have seen some serious rudeness to people simply wishing a bit of advice. Why is it that someone wanting to know what to do for an eye infection in their kitten is told to give the kitten to someone more responsible? Obviously they are trying to be responsible by trying to find out what the infection is and if it is a serious issue or not. I do agree that most things need to go to the vet, but not all. Why are people so quick to snap-judge others?

1.Every year that is divisible by 4 is said to be a leap year.
2.But its also said that every 4th century is a leap year and no other century is a leap year.
3.Now 1900 is divisible by 4, hence it can be said as leap year. But according to 2nd point, its not the leap year. Also 2020 the same case..

How is this?? Please clear me....Note that 2020 year has 29 days in Feb according to systems tray clock..

me and my boyfriend just had a kid together but i have a daughter from another relationship. my ex and i get along pretty well (that wasn't always the case) and my b/f gets so jealous i try to explain to him that the reason we can get along is because we're over eachother. why can't he understand that? my ex is in texas and i'm in ny so he knows i'm not sleeping w/ him or anything what's the big deal. what's he so jealous about?
