Well lets see, I was raised thinking that the end of the world was coming any day ,It's right around the corner. I was told that during Armageddon that I might come home from school and my Mom might not be there because she might be being persecuted for her faith. If this happens call one of the elders. Education isn't important...the world is ending, we will be taught new things after the great tribulation, college is frowned upon, you don't want to get tempted by the things of the world. The end is near..... how has the belief of the end of the world coming changed my life? It made me a scared little girl with constant fear of death with limited education. That was 35 years ago, now I am 38 and still waiting. Wondering why I went through so much when I was little because the end was close at hand...people start living your lives...be good and loving and look for ways to improve this world and stop waiting for it end,

To believe God's Word you must believe it all, including the books that tell us about the end times. The end times is about the time when the prophecy of the wrath of God being poured out on the earth and God dealing with the Nation of Israel again. The church (the body of Christ) has a promise in God's Word that we have not been appointed to wrath and that we will be caught off the earth before the great tribulation starts. Romans 5: 9 Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. 1 Thessalonians 1: 10 And to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come. 1 Thessalonians 5: 9 For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ, 1 Thessalonians 4: 17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

I think that one first has to believe in God, His Son, and His finished works. When one believes on that then they would have have the knowledge of how to live a victorious life in Christ. I say that to say, that it's not the belief of the end times that have changed my life, it's getting a better understand of Christ and having a relationship with Christ that can really make me appreciate what's going to happen in the end time. It's awesome!

Doesn't really change anything. Salvation in the life hereafter has very little to do with the End of Times calamities or events. Salvation has all to do with having faith and with how we live our lives, one day at a time.

The Scripture says that we are to "search the Scriptures for in them ye think ye have eternal life". The ones that pertain to end time prophecy give me hope that if I've obeyed God and lived sufficiently for Him, that I'll gain entrance into Heaven and shun the path and judgment of the wicked.

It all comes down to this. If a person does not accept Jesus Christ as their Savior it won't matter that you were a nice Joe in t this world because as it states in John 6:40 "For my Father's will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in him shall have eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day." It doesn't get any clearer than that does it?

i have always believed that we are living in the Last Days, so I cannot say that it has changed my life any. However, those who have come to accurate knowledge, and believe that we are living in the Last Days, often are motivated to serve God the way He wants to be worshipped, instead of abondoning Truth for religious dogma and tradition.

I really dont know much about the end of times. I do know I will be gone before that happens. I didnt get saved cause of fearing hell. I got saved cause the Holy Spirit knocked on my hearts door and showed me I needed Jesus as my Saviour.
