Do you mean who would be better off if I wasn't alive?

I've asked this to myself many times. In my case, I'd have to say my siblings would be thrilled if I wasn't alive any more. But my friends and my kitten would not like it if I were dead. Taking one's life is not the answer for problems. We each have choices in our life. When situations happen, we can either a) seek counseling/help or b) do nothing or c) feel sorry for ourselves and wallow around in self pity. I've done them all, and the one that proves better for me in the long run is a. I don't like to feel upset and depressed and anxious all the time. I don't like to feel unhappy and lonely. I much prefer to be as positive as I can be and do things to improve my own life.

Yes I am sure that many people don't like me. But that's okay, I'm not on this earth to be liked and loved by everyone I meet. I have to learn to accept and love myself and learn to not focus on what others think of me or think of how I should live. Perhaps this would be some food for thought for yourself?
