I used to watch a cartoon when I was about eight so it would have been on about 1990ish I think. It was a cartoon about this horrible skinny woman who lived on a boat wit a big stupid fat guy, and the boat gave out lots of pollution. There was lots of tiny little people that lived on the land and tried to beat them and every week was a story of their triumph. I loved this cartoon and it's been bugging me for years trying to remember the name!!!
