Click the "Start" button, then pick "All Programs", then "Accessories", then "System Tools", then "System Restore".

You will have the option of resetting your computers configuration from previous days so you want to choose a day that was BEFORE the problems began.

You still could have the virus after doing this if it has embeded itself into your computer and that can generally be fixed by Notron if you have it. If you don't Google the name you mentioned Agent NAB trojan and see if there is a fix available for it that you can manage to do. Usually it would require finding a particular file and deleting it.
Good Luck!

How are you writing this question if your computer is down? Sounds like you need a better virus protection program for one thing. I would start there by getting ride of the virus and see what is left of your system. Did you take backups?

I think its at startup, press F8 or F10. Then you need to start it in safe mode, and use your recovery discs. The get a trojan finder.

nothing to panic, call first any of your good friends who will be able to help you solve this problem or else your computer / internet system engineer who will immediately rectify the error, i guess it should be a minor enrror, don't worry.

i think of calling microsoft will value you a hell of a prevalent form of money. i could in basic terms take it to a close-by computing gadget fix keep and ask them to do a reformat/reinstall of homestead windows and could value around £40 5
