call the cops in Louisville Ky, if you have his address, and let them know that he has warrants.

I can tell you from past experience, child support collection is a joke. I raised 2 kids as a single mother from the time the youngest was 11 months old. They are now 18 yrs and 21 yrs old.
My ex husband would not pay court ordered child support and his arrears got really high. The support attorney hired by the Illinois Dept of Public aid collected something like $10 bucks a month on a arrears of over $4000. and then his employer would not garnish his wages because his book keeper- payroll clerk was his new wife. He wouldnt pay support. Then when he showed up in court, they made ridiculous deals with him to collect the support. I think he should have gone to jail. Well, its been 18 years now and finally, I am collecting. It took a judge to retire to get a new judge on the case to get me some support and he has been in jail 2 times over the enormous amount he owes finally. The new judge isnt messing around with him. They pulled him out of his work truck in a nearby town and hauled him off to jail for dilenquent support. My kids are grown now. It would have made their lives easier if he had paid it when they were still in
school. As for his payroll clerk wife. She is now an ex wife and was fired for messing with the books.
Forget anything about getting him arrested, They will not do a thing to help. I even hired a private attorney and she was a joke. My dad paid her retainer fee.
I think men who do not support their kids should be manditorily put in jail for the time it takes to make their child support payments current. Give them a work release program.
I also think men who skip around and do not work should be assigned a job somewhere to pay their child support, even if it means picking up cans on a country road. Send the proceeds to the children.

Contact the agency that has the warrants against him and tell them where he is. Also go to Child Support Enforcement. They can garnish is IRS refund check and give it to you plus garnish his paycheck. Go after him girl! Just remember there are government agencies that do the work for you. Let them do the work. Make no contact with him.

The child support division should attach his wages and any income tax refund- if you have a court order for it- they do that -if you get on welfare the state will go after him to pay- they would rather have him paying than the state- D

I would say that your best bet is to contact your local Police Department and explain your situation to them. With him having outstanding warrants, there's no reason why it should be brushed off. It would be easier if you knew his address and telephone number as well.

oh just move on and let go... start helping your self and stop relying on a looser to pay support.. i know it's hard cause im in your shoes myself,, but honestly,, it's not worth the crap.. switch off forget him and do it for yourself and your kids. Cheers.

Don;t worry what goes around comes around.. so Karma will eventually bit him in the butt.
