Translation: "You are cute, handsome "gringo" (Gringo is the way Mexicans call the people from USA) and I want to know you better. I love your blue eyes and your blond hair. Do you love me?" Or "Do you like me?"
Ok! You gonna give a note to her saying the following: "Me gustas muchÃsimo, jamas he conocido a nadie como tu, tu cabello, tus labios, todo de ti me gusta eres la mujer mas bella de la tierra, te amo, tus labios de miel son una invitación a provar el dulce nectar de la pasón." Then sign it with your name.
Translation: "I like you a lot, I've never met anyone like you, your hair, your lips, I love all about you, you are the most beautiful woman on earth, I love you, your honeyed lips are and invitation to taste the nectar of passion."
Good luck! If you need more words in Spanish don't hesitate letting me know.

"Alina" is the only one who has got it right.
In this context, where the two people have not even really met, ¿Me quieres? cannot be translated as "Do you love me?". The right translation - as Alina said - should be: "Do you like me?".
Another thing is, whether this is a real question. An authentic Spanish speaker, using correct Spanish, would have said: ... TuS ojos azulES y tu pelo rubio me encantaN.

The translation is:
"You're a handsome gringo and I want to know you better. Your blue eyes and blond hair like me. Do you love me?"
PS. Gringo is how Mexicans call North American it's related to the race...

This is the best I can do for you.
"You are a beautiful gringo and I want conocerte better. Your eyes blue and blond hair enchant to me. ?Me you want?"
GRingo is a foreigner and they often refer to US citizens as gringos.
