I had lost all my data from the computer and Libray was one of them. So now i have some of the music on nano. I was wondering if i can get the songs from Nano to my library. Can someone hlep me step by step?

I have set a goal to lose at the very LEAST 70 pounds by Christmas. I signed up for and am taking 3 different excersise classes at the college in order to do this. People are telling me I am crazy to do this many classes and I AM feeling the strain from it, but I want to be hot again. REALLY hot! I'm not doing this for a guy, but he does play a small part in why I am doing it. Do you think I am nuts? Do you have any suggestions on how I ca get his attention before I kill myself from excersising too much? LOL Let me know.

We are family of 3 (brand new child under 1yr old). Husbands business has failed, and we live in area of extremely high unemployment. Tied down to big mortgage(worth more than we could sell our house for right now-bad market). Husband has seasonal/winter job paying min. wage (now $6.95 in our state) for about 25 hrs/wk. I have pretty well paying job with great benefits for our family, grateful for that much. I suppported him thru college for 3yrs and also for the last 3 yrs (6 yrs total). Tired of being primary/only bread winner, want to have it be equal 50/50, or have him support me for a while so I can go back to college and earn more $ for us. Starting to get anxious/overwhelmed being main provider. Not quite enough $ for bills now, all the "fat" has been trimmed(only spent $78 grocery last month). Need advice to deal with issue. Very anxious, tired, overwhelmed, panicked.

You should be grateful that you get anything you bunch of work shy good for nothings.
If I had my way, if you don't work (excluding genuine disability and sickness) you get nothing. And that's how it should be. I conceed that when some people lose their jobs through no fault of their own they should be helped for a period of one month. There is no excuse for anybody not to work for longer than that.
Do away with all these costly back to work schemes. Stop paying the spongers and they'll work. Trust me!

This may be a silly question, but...

My grandma keeps telling me not to raise my hands above my head, or reach for things in high places, because it could cause the cord to wrap around the baby's neck. Is this true, or is this just an old wives tale? She seems to think she knows it all, haha!
