How to get songs from Nano to my Library again?

I had lost all my data from the computer and Libray was one of them. So now i have some of the music on nano. I was wondering if i can get the songs from Nano to my library. Can someone hlep me step by step?

alright the first thing you gotta do is to save the files on your nano. then plug up you ipod. it should say transfering. if that dosn't work i'm stumped. good luck
