First of all, cut back on the excessive exercise.
You only need 30 minutes of intense aerobic activity a day to maintain health, unless you are an athlete.
Secondly, you have set yourself up to lose 70 pounds in less than three months. This is not a realistic goal. You took longer than three months to put it on, and it will take you longer to get it off. A good healthy weight loss goal is 2 lbs a week. You have 12 weeks, a best case result would be 24-30 lbs of weight loss by Christmas.
Start by checking your diet. Eat healthy low fat, low carbohydrate meals, stock up on proteins and veggies. Eat 3 meals a day, minimum and don't skip any meals. Knock out sodas and coffee. Drink more water.
Add some weight lifting to your aerobic routine, you should be exercising for no more than 90 minutes in a single day. Make sure you alternate activities to give your body time to rest. And make sure you have one day a week of no activity.
All you are doing right now is setting yourself up to feel miserable, tired and eventually injure yourself.

It is great to have goals but 70lbs in that short of time is a stretch.
Keep an eye on your caleries, do a cardio workout each day, stay away from carbs after 7pm this will help you some
meals:
Eat small meals through out the day. 5 small meals as apossed to 3 big ones. Breakfast being the most important as it is the kickstart that you need. Dinner should be the lightest

I can tell you this. Loosing weight for a guy is a waste of time. Loose weight for your self. You do not need three excersise classes to loose weight. Just eat healthy and exercise. Running or jogging are one of the best excercise to loose weight fast. Also 70 pounds is not a realistic goal. Start small like 15 pounds and move on up. ok.

Unless you harm yourself from all the exercise. It is impossible to lose that much weight. You will begin to affect your muscles and bones and other internal organs. Why don't you set a goal of 30 pounds by Christmas and then 40 by summer. You'll be much happier and less stressed. Good luck.

70 lbs by Christmas is an awful lot. HOWEVER - I suggest you check out the Take Shape for Life website - www.tsfl.com I think - they have a good product called Medifast - it is a medical food diet designed to help people who wish to lose a considerable amount of weight. It is NOT easy but it is worth it - and it is a healthy way to take off the weight. Best of luck!

On average people lose between 1-2 pounds a week, so you definitely want to cut that goal down if you want the weight to stay off. To get his attention, just walk up and talk to him. Based on the tone of that conversation, you may decide that you really don't want him.

That comes out to about 6 pounds a week, that is insane. It is not healthy, 1-2 pounds a week weight loss is considered to be healthy.
70 by summer is fine, by Christmas it is not.
readjust your sites and plan on a great bikini season.
