We are both employed, have a son and I earn more than hubby, who is a bit jealousy about it. I foot 2/3 of all our expenses and with skyrocketing costs of living, I am finding our situation burdensome.Although he has very good qualifications he has failed to secure a better job elsewhere. His employer might close any day as it is finding the going tough. It used to be a good company, hence 1/2 its employees are reluctant to leave including hubby. This is now driving me crazy what do I do?

What kind of things should I be making these girls do? To be honest with you, my Mom never made me do anything and I think that's why I grew up a spoiled brat. I think it's good to teach morals and to teach the value of a dollar. I need suggestions.

I have small little cuts on the corners of my mouth. I'm not for sure if they came from chapped lips or if I actually cut myself with something. I put neosporin on the corners of my mouth but it doesn't seem to be helping much. Not to mention the cuts reopen when I eat. What can I do to help them heal? Thanks.

Jesus said it was easy...all it takes is apparently a "mustard seed" worth of faith. Martin Luther, Calvin, Billy Graham, Pat Robertson....all these pious men of god lack enough faith?

A woman in her fifties went to a plastic surgeon for a facelift. The
surgeon told her about a new procedure called "The Knob," where a
small knob is placed on the top of a woman's head and can be turned
to tighten up her skin to produce the effect of a brand new facelift.
Of course the woman wanted "The Knob."
Over the course of the years, the woman tightened the knob and the
effects were wonderful. The woman remained young looking and vibrant.
After fifteen years, the woman returned to the surgeon with two
problems.
"All of these years, everything has been working just fine I have
turned the knob many times and have been very pleased with the results.
But now, I've developed two annoying problems: First, I have these
terrible bags under my eyes and the knob won't get rid of them."
The doctor looked at her closely and said, "Those aren't bags, those
are your breasts."
She said, "Well, I guess there's no point in asking about the goatee."

...when all of the US television broadcast companies are going to switch to all digital and the analog TVs of today will be obsolete?

TVs are just now (Sept '06) becoming available with digital tuners. What are you going to do between now and then? Perhaps there will be an adapter available by then, but who knows?

The last time I can remember something like this happen was when leaded fuel was taken off the market.
